Dressing serves 8-10, preparation time 5 minutes. This healthy salad dressing is fabulous on any lettuce-based salad. You can even use it to flavour salad in wraps or burgers. The dressing keeps in the refrigerator for weeks.
6 tablespoons flaxseed oil
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 dessertspoon sweet chilli sauce (free of artificial additives)
natural sea salt and pepper (optional)

4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 dessertspoon wholegrain mustard
½ teaspoon mild curry powder

Method: Blend all ingredients together at least 30 minutes before serving on salad of choice. A lovely salad can be made with baby spinach leaves, grated apple, grated carrot, sultanas, avocado and tomato (whatever you like).
