Blush brush

a medium sized, soft haired brush ideal for applying blush subtly and evenly Eyeshadow brush - a small, flat compact brush with short bristles

Lashline

the part of your eyelid directly above your eyelashes

Loose translucent powder

a loose powder applied to eliminate shine, without actually adding any extra colour

Matte eyeshadow

pressed eyeshadow powder with a no shine or shimmer

Mobile lid

the part of your eyelid that moves (the bit over the top of your eyeball!)

Powder brush

a big, soft haired brush for applying a fine layer of powder to the face and neck. For heavier powder coverage use a clean make up sponge of powder puff

Shimmer eyeshadow

loose or pressed eyeshadow with a high shine. Usually not as strong in colour as the matte eyeshadows

Tinted moisturiser

moisturiser with a bit of colour in it - gives lighter coverage than foundation
