What you need:
- 1 Packet of chocolate melts -milk or dark
- 1 can of caramel (cooking section)*
- 1 tray of love heart chocolate moulds (available from craft shops, kitchen shops and good supermarkets)
*If you feel adventurous you can make your own caramel by gently boiling a tin of condensed milk for two hours. Ensure that the tin is at least half covered by water the whole two hours. Open when cool.
What to do:

- Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until it melts.
- Spoon a little of the melted chocolate into the moulds making sure it covers the sides and bottoms of the hearts.
- Spoon approximately ½ a teaspoon of caramel on top of the chocolate in each heart.
- Cover the caramel with more chocolate making sure the mould is filled and the caramel is not visible.
- Refrigerate until set about one hour.
- Remove chocolates from moulds by turning upside and gently pushing the bottom.
- You could buy a cute box, love heart shaped or even a noodle box from craft shops to put them in.
- Give them to the one you admire!
